全新 Mac Pro 採用全新不銹鋼材質機身，四邊的側面都可以移除來進行擴充，提升了散熱效能及擴展性；硬件方面最高可配 Intel Xeon 28 核心處理器、12x128GB DIMMs 記憶體以及兩張 Radeon Pro Vega II Duo 顯示卡 (足夠串流 6 個 8K 或 12 個 4K 顯示器)，全新 Mac Pro 使用了存取速度最高達 2.7 GBps 的 SSD 並配備蘋果的 T2 保安晶片。
至於 Pro Display XDR 顯示器配合 Mac Pro 強勁效能，32 吋 6016x3384 6K 螢幕，採用 Thunderbolt 3 連接，除了提供 P3 及 10-bit 寛色域顯示支援，更提供最高 1,600 nits 的亮度，以及可以不限時以 1,000 nits 亮度顯示，全新 Apple Pro Display XDR 亦提供了「納米紋路」玻璃選項，讓螢幕的防反光效果進一步提升而不會令清晰度下降。

The new Mac Pro built around a stainless steel space frame and an aluminum housing lifts off, allows 360-degree access to every component and vast configuration. The lattice pattern on Mac Pro increases the surface area, optimizing airflow and structural rigidity. The new Mac Pro comes with a new Intel Xeon processor with up to 28 cores, 12x128GB DIMM RAM and two Radeon Pro Vega II Duo GPUs (can decode up to dix streams of 8K and 12 streams of 4K ProRes RAW video in real time). The new Mac Pro is configurable to a 4TB SSD, encrypted by the T2 security chip.
As well as Pro Display XDR, the XDR 32-inch LCD monitor features a 6,016 x 3,384 resolution display and Thunderbolt 3. It offers users P3 wide color, 10-bit, and several reference modes. The new screen can maintain 1,000 nits of full-screen brightness and 1,600 nits of peak brightness. An anti-reflective nano coating is also available as an option on the new monitor.
